Privacy policy
This page explains what Noveo stores and why.
What we store
- Your Google account name, email and photo (to log you in).
- Your mobile number, only if you choose WhatsApp login codes or the daily summary.
- The records you add: clients, projects, tasks, meetings, docs, sheets, posts and money entries.
- Security records: devices you logged in from, IP address and login times.
What we do not store
- Your Google password. Login happens on Google’s own page.
- Files you upload. They go to your own Google Drive; we keep only the link.
Who can see your data
Only you and the team members you invite. We do not sell or share your data.
Cookies and ads
We use a secure login cookie. Free-plan pages and the blog may show Google AdSense ads. Google may use cookies to show ads based on your visits to this and other websites. You can turn off personalised ads at adssettings.google.com.
Claude connector
If you connect Noveo to Claude, Claude can read and add the records you allow (tasks, meetings, clients, projects and invoices) in the one workspace you choose. We send those records to Claude only when it asks for them to answer you. We keep a record of the connection and of connecting and disconnecting in your activity log. We do not see or store your Claude conversations. You can disconnect any time in Settings → Phone app & connections.
Services we use
Google (login, Drive and Calendar if you turn them on), our hosting provider, email and WhatsApp delivery for login codes and reminders, and the card payment provider when you buy a plan. Each gets only what it needs to do that job.
How long we keep data
Your records stay while your account is open. When you delete your account, your workspaces and records are deleted, and they leave our backups within 14 days. Activity and security logs are kept for up to 12 months.
Delete your data
You can download all your data or delete your account from Settings → Your data at any time.
