Noveo for Claude
Connect your Noveo workspace to Claude and you can ask about your day, add tasks and meetings, and look up clients, projects and invoices without leaving the chat.
What you need
- A Noveo account. Sign up free at noveowork.com. The free trial includes the connector.
- A Claude account (web, desktop or mobile) where you can add connectors.
Set it up
- In Claude, open Settings → Connectors. Find Noveo in the directory, or choose Add custom connector and paste this address:
https://noveowork.com/mcp - Click Connect. A Noveo page opens. Log in if you are not logged in already.
- Pick the workspace Claude may use and press Allow. You are sent back to Claude and the connector shows as connected.
You can see and remove the connection any time in Noveo under Settings → Phone app & connections, or remove the connector in Claude.

Tools
Read-only tools only look things up:

These tools add or change records. None of them delete anything:

Dates are read as YYYY-MM-DD and times as HH:MM (24-hour) in your own time zone, which Noveo takes from your browser.
What Claude can and can’t do
- Claude only sees the one workspace you picked when you pressed Allow, and only what your role in that workspace lets you see.
- It can’t delete anything, change your plan or payments, see your login codes or reach your Google Drive files.
- Sign-in uses OAuth 2.1 with PKCE. Claude never gets your Google password. Access tokens last one hour and are renewed in the background; disconnecting stops them straight away.
- There is a limit of 600 requests per hour per person.
Privacy
When you use the connector, Noveo sends Claude the records it asks for (for example today’s tasks or a list of clients) so it can answer you. We store the connection itself (which app, which workspace, when) and a line in your activity log when you connect or disconnect. We do not store your Claude conversations and we do not sell or share your data. Full details are in our privacy policy.
